In this time I discuss with you what style/look you are looking for, how often you normally get your hair done, what condition your hair is in and what outcomes you desire. If you cannot get here for a consultation prior to your hair appointment please do not worry, I always allow the extra 15minutes to your hair appointment to help you get the best result for your hair.
